I don't care who you voted for or what you think of the good and/or bad of the outcome... this is just funny. I love these things! The football one's are particularly good. At the end of the day, no matter what stresses you have, what challenges you face, or what beliefs you carry, you have to allow the humor in and laughter out.
I think that many of us have seen the video on youtube of the guy laughing on the subway, which induces laughter from everyone else (https://youtu.be/FfezfZPw-qk). Just try to watch it and not laugh! The sound of laughter draws people together in ways that trigger healthy physical and emotional changes in the body. It can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, strengthen your immune system, and diminish pain. As children, we used to laugh hundreds of times a day, but we sort of lose it as adults. We need to find it an get it back! By seeking out more opportunities for humor and laughter, though, you can improve your emotional health, strengthen your relationships, find greater happiness—and even add years to your life.
Take the time to laugh a little tonight! Life really isn't as serious as we make it sometimes!
