The Movement Re-Patterning Jump Start Package includes a Structural Alignment Assessment and 2 follow up sessions. This Jump Start package will set the foundation and establish a clear movement direction, whether it be fitness based or post-rehabilitation focused.
Movement 5-session package
This package is designed for ongoing post rehabilitation or training program implementation. Average clients in this structure often will meet two to three times weekly.

This session is specific to re-patterning techniques that deal directly with the bodies fascial system. Whether it be pain or movement restriction, this session will focus specifically on freeing up the fascia an returning it to the gliding structure it should be.
Time Line Therapy Jump Start Package
This package includes 6-hours of work that is broken into four 90 minute sessions. We will cover how the unconscious mind works when it comes to decision making, change, learning and outcome potential. We will also take a session for negative emotion and limiting belief elimination. Finally we will turn our attention to creating your optimal future by implementing goals into our unconscious mind.
