Dragon KOI project Day 29 of 365: UNDER THE SURFACE: We went hiking this weekend a couple of times. FINALLY! We have some decent sunny weather again. It's been freezing over the last couple weeks, so lot's of frozen "stuff". On one of our hikes we came across a wash that had frozen over, but was starting to thaw. It was very cool how there was a frozen sheet of ice, but on closer look there was lots of movement happening, hearing the trickle of the water through what seemed solid and still.
It made me think of people... how much on the surface we look a certain way, but the activity and current underneath the surface has a different flow. How life can be cold, but while we maintain our momentum and positive flow the sun will one day shine and start to break through the surface.
