Do you think about death? Do you live the way you should not to regret? We all know that we are going to die at some point, and we only have one life to live. What do you care about in this life and will you regret caring about those things in the end?
Hayley and I moved to Sedona for these very reasons. We cared about the wrong things, we put energy into the wrong things, we needed to totally reset and refocus on what what was really important. For those that are lucky enough to figure this out congratulations. If you find that you're struggling each day, getting rubbed the wrong way, not being excited to get out of bed each morning... maybe it's time to re-evaluate.
